Shipping policy

Your order has two stages, and they add together.

1. Your order is printed after you place it, which takes about 3 to 5
   business days, and then it ships.
2. The total is usually 5 to 10 business days within the United States.
   That is the estimate shown at checkout, and it is the one to trust.

Once it ships you will get a tracking number by email. All delivery times
are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free within the United States on orders over $75. Below that
it is a flat rate, shown before you pay. Orders outside the United States
are charged by weight, also shown before you pay. The rate at checkout is
always the rate you pay.

A note on discount codes: the $75 is measured after any discount is
applied, so a code can take an order back under the threshold.

Where I ship

The United States, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe, with other
countries available depending on the item. If your country comes up at
checkout with a rate against it, I ship there. If it does not, I cannot yet.

Where orders ship from

Orders are printed at a US facility and mailed from there, which is why US
orders arrive on a normal domestic timeline. The shop itself is run from
Singapore, but nothing is mailed from there.

Customs and duty

US orders never cross a border, so there is nothing to pay. Orders outside
the United States may attract import duty or tax on arrival, set by your
country and not by me. That is not included in what you pay at checkout and
I cannot predict it or cover it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to me as
undeliverable, I can resend it once you cover the return postage. I cannot
redirect a package once it has shipped.

If it does not turn up

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email hello@smallhoursinc.com
with your order number. I will chase it, and replace it if it is genuinely
lost. The full position is in the refund policy.
